Stigter furniture only collects personal data which it needs to carry out orders, providing product warranties and cookies to track web statistics to provide optimal site experience. Stigter furniture will not in way use your data for automatic correspondence or SPAM and will not pass on your personal information to third parties.
Almost the entire collection is available from stock. But it could also be that a product is ordered specially for you, this is stated in the product information. Is this not clear? Please contact our customer service and we will inform you further.
When you order a product from our web shop you can select it and add it to your basket. It is also possible to add the products first to your favorites before adding it to the cart. You are now in the shopping cart area where the selected products are listed, where you can check your order and change the quantity if you would wish. To complete your order, click on the check-out button where you can enter your information to complete the order. To continue shopping you can just close the ‘basket’ screen.
To finalize the order you can follow these steps:
In Step 1, enter your data. Fill it as complete as possible to ensure your order is processed as smoothly as possible. If desired, you can have your order shipped to a different address.
In step 2, you can choose your delivery method. You can pick up your order free at our showrooms or have it delivered to a location of your choice within the Netherlands, after, the shipping costs are calculated automatically and for orders > € 300, this is completely free.
In step 3, you can choose a payment method. Here you choose whether you wish to pay online securely with IDEAL or PayPal, or when you choose to pick up or have the goods delivered you can pay with cash, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. When you are finished, you can check your order steps and place your order. Do not forget to take note of the general conditions and accept them.
After your purchase a copy of your order will automatically be send to your preferred email address as order confirmation. Our employees will contact you shortly after the order confirmation has been received to discuss the details of the order and to make a delivery appointment. When this is done you receive an order copy included delivery date or by mail or e-mail.

You can pay cash, with a bank card and credit card, Eurocard-Mastercard, Visa, both in the showroom and during the delivery. Pay by means of Internet banking is also available at ABN AMRO in Rotterdam, IBAN account IBAN NL63ABNA0504411454. When you choose to do this, we require the payment to arrive at least 24 hours prior to the delivery of the products. Please clearly mention your name and order number on the bank note.
Orders in our shop are confirmed automatically by email to the provided email address. This can take up to half a day before the email is well received.
After half a day still do not receive a confirmation email? Check the spam folder, sometimes emails go there. If there is also no email it is still very likely that the order has been received correctly, but please contact our customer service, and we will help you out.
If your payment is not successful, first check again whether everything is properly entered. If it took you a while to complete the payment, it is likely that the page has expired and therefore you get an error. Also, the failure of a payment may have several other causes, including an unstable internet line. Please contact our customer service. We are ready to assist you.
Delivery and Returns
All orders* (>€300) will be delivered as a free-shipment-service. Small orders (packages), which are easy to assemble be, are provided knock down, in a box. This is often stated at the product page on the website.
Deliveries of large orders and products that are difficult to assemble and are heavy will be offered by our own delivery service and can be supplied assembled, provided this is agreed in advance and stated on the order form. In some cases, a surcharge is calculated.

The requirement is that someone is present at the delivery time. Is the delivery not yet done, please contact customer service at no cost to create a new appointment, this is possible until 24 hours prior to delivery. Already missed the deliverer, a card will be posted in the mailbox containing a message that the deliverer will come back the next day. Delivery of a larger order requires to make a new appointment. This delivery may be charged.
Our standard method is to deliver an order. But orders can also be picked up.
Smaller orders can, after specific confirmation, be picked up in one of our showrooms. The advantage of this is you can do this at your own desired time during the showroom opening hours and it prevents that a persons has to be present to receive the order and has to wait for the delivery person. On orders <€300 the delivery costs are avoided. Larger orders can be picked up by appointment at one of the showroom locations or at our logistics center.
Orders with a delivery address abroad will bring additional costs for shipment and requires and customization. If you want to know the cost before placing an order please contact our customer service, If you have already placed an order we will automatically contact you to discuss this with you.
Yes, Stigter-tuinmeubelen.nl has free delivery in the Netherlands* for orders of €300 and up! Orders up to €300 a surcharge of €7.50 is added for shipping costs. Goods with a large scale or heavier than 20kg and below €300 are shipped by pallet transport at €40 shipping costs.

When we receive your order, the order will be processed. Usually you can expect your order to arrive within one to three working days. For the delivery of big products to you can expect a call from our customer service to make a delivery appointment.
At Stigter-tuinmeubelen.nl you have a cooling off period of 14 days without giving any reason. This reflection, or trial period starts when you receive the product. Within this period you can try or ‘fit’ the product. But keep the original packing as much as possible intact and prevent damage and loss (for example, by keeping the product outside or sliding a new product over rough surfaces). After these 14 days, the sale is a fact.
Wilt u uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen herroepen? Vul dan hier het herroepingsformulier volledig en correct in en email het ingevulde herroepingsformulier naar firstname.lastname@example.org. Ook kunt u het formulier uitprinten en versturen naar een van onze showrooms. Ná het aanmelden van uw herroeping heeft u weer 14 dagen de tijd om het product naar ons op te sturen. Terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag vindt zo spoedig mogelijk plaats, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na de terugzending. Het retourneren van een pakket gaat op eigen initiatief en is voor eigen rekening. Een grote bestelling kan worden afgehaald door onze bezorgdienst, na het maken van een afspraak, hiervoor wordt een kilometervergoeding in rekening gebracht.

• De reclamaties die worden aangemeld met een ingevuld reclamatieformulier worden door ons bevoorrecht en bespoedigd afgehandeld t.o.v. andere reclamaties vanwege de volledigheid alle vereiste informatie die nodig is om het snel en kordaat af te handelen.
• Reclamaties die worden aangemeld waarvan de informatie nog onvolledig is, kan alsnog een ingevuld reclamatieformulier worden gevraagd.
• Alleen reclamaties met de vereiste informatie (zoals aankoopdatum/aankoopbewijs etc.) worden in behandeling genomen.

Generally it is recommended to store or cover your garden furniture dry or at least protect with a maintenance agent. This prevents soiling and staining, and protects the product from the weather.
