The Meranza is completely detached and has a size of 3m x3,6m and is about 230cm high. The cover is fitted with four pillars of each 12x12cm that can be fixed invisibly to the ground. The tiltable slats are easy to operate with a turntable. When the cover is completely closed, the upper cover plate remains water resistant. The water is drained through a gutter system integrated into the pillars, leaving the area under the hood dry. The slats are equipped to drain the water to the side even when they are tilted to a heavy rain shower.
Due to the materials used and the design, maintenance is minimized, while sustainability is guaranteed.
