The Cosiscoop Dot is easy to use and works on a universal 190 gram gas cartridge with safety valve. The latter ensures that the cartridge closes itself if the cartridge loses contact with the gas lantern. A gas can is available from our Cosi partners, garden centers and hardware stores. You simply screw the gas can into the lantern at the bottom and then ignite the lighter while holding it close to the focal point. Only then open the control knob. The more you open the knob, the bigger the flame becomes. The Cosiscoop burns for an average of 5 to 6 hours on one gas can. Is the gas can not empty yet? Then leave it in the gas lantern and close the control knob properly.
