Almost the entire collection is available from stock and can be delivered to your house free of charge. You have the option pay at delivery in cash or digital.

Shopping in the webshop



All prices of our products include VAT. All prices, items and information are always subject to change. Ordering Process. When you order a product from our web shop you can select it and add it to your basket. It is also possible to add the products first to your favorites before adding it to the cart. You are now in the shopping cart area where the selected products are listed, where you can check your order and change the quantity if you would wish. To complete your order, click on the check-out button where you can enter your information to complete the order. To continue shopping you can just close the ‘basket’ screen. To finalize the order you can follow these steps:
Step 1
In Step 1, enter your data. Fill it as complete as possible to ensure your order is processed as smoothly as possible. If desired, you can have your order shipped to a different address.
Step 2
In step 2, you can choose your delivery method. You can pick up your order free at our showrooms or have it delivered to a location of your choice within the Netherlands, after, the shipping costs are calculated automatically and for orders > € 300,- this is completely free.

In step 3, you can choose a payment method. Here you choose whether you wish to pay online securely with Credit Cards, IDEAL / Bancontact / PayPal or Bitcoin, or when you choose to pick up or have the goods delivered you can pay with cash, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro.

When you are finished, you can check your order steps and place your order. Do not forget to take note of the general conditions and accept them. After your purchase a copy of your order will automatically be send to your preferred email address as order confirmation. Our employees will contact you shortly after the order confirmation has been received to discuss the details of the order and to make a delivery appointment. When this is done you receive an order copy included delivery date or by mail or e-mail.



Payment methods or Stigter tuinmeubelen offers different payment methods. For online payments You can use IDEAL, Paypal and Creditcard payment. For delivery or pickup payments you can use: You can pay cash, with a bank card and credit card, Eurocard-Mastercard, Visa, both in the showroom and during the delivery. Pay by means of Internet banking is also available at ABN AMRO in Rotterdam, IBAN account IBAN NL63ABNA0504411454. When you choose to do this, we require the payment to arrive at least 24 hours prior to the delivery of the products. Please clearly mention your name and order number on the bank note.




When we receive your order, the order will be processed. Usually you can expect your order to arrive within one to three working days. For the delivery of big products Stigter tuinmeubelen customer service will contact you by to make a delivery appointment.
Stigter Tuinmeubelen tries to deliver all products in the shop from stock within 48 hours. If Stigter garden furniture can not meet the delivery date the buyer will be notified in writing . In that case, the buyer may terminate the agreement by notifying in writing, after which the payment will eventually be repaid within 10 days to the buyer.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Shipments under €150
We charge a delivery fee of €6.07 for a parcel shipment or €60 for a pallet delivery.

Shipments between €150 and €300
Parcel shipments are free for this and it costs €60 for a pallet shipment.

Shipments from € 300,-
free delivery throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the northern islands, shipments over 100 kg and shipments with extremely long dimensions).

In all other cases, Stigter Tuin- & Serremeubelen reserves the right to charge a kilometer allowance.

If you order multiple items, your order may be split into two or more deliveries. This does not affect the delivery costs.

Delivery in other countries and in specific regions

Different delivery conditions apply for shipments abroad.
We also deliver our products outside the Netherlands. We mediate in and calculate these delivery costs for you. To calculate these costs, we would like to receive the exact delivery location and the products you wish to order. Please do not hesitate to contact one of our employees in our showroom. If you order multiple items, your order may be split into two or more deliveries. This does not affect the delivery costs. In all other cases, Stigter Tuin- & Serremeubelen reserves the right to charge a kilometer allowance. Kindly notice that on webshop orders abroad it states "shipping and handling costs on request" and the amount initial amount is than still € 0,00, however this is calculated on request.



Cooling off period & revoking right

At you have a cooling off period of 12 days. This reflection, or trial period starts when you receive the product. Within this period you can see the product, or ‘fit’. Do you wish to withdraw your order within 12 days? Please fill in the withdrawal form complete and correct and email the completed withdrawal form to [email protected]. You can also print the form and send it to one of our showrooms. After registering your withdrawal, you have another 12 days to send the product back to us. Refund of the purchase price will be send as soon as possible, within 12 days after the return. Returning a package is on own initiative and at costs. A large order can be picked up by our delivery service, after making an appointment, for which a mileage charge will be charged.
• The items are returned in an -if reasonable possibility undamaged, not described and original factory packaging without tape, adhesive tape or (send) to have stickers within 12 days timely made known that you want to terminate the agreement and would like to order Returns.
• The items are complete and undamaged. Always check immediately after receipt of the item if it is undamaged and complete delivered to you. If not so, let us know as soon as soon as possible.
• When returning a product the original receipt must be enclosed. We always recommend to ask for proof of the return process.
• For the return address please keep the address of the showroom where the purchase is made. For webshop orders this is the showroom in Berkel and Rodenrijs. The address can be found on your sales receipt or Purchases that do not meet the above rules remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs will be charged to you. The following product is no right of withdrawal:
• Products that are specifically tailored (except common set combinations).
• Products that can not be returned due to their nature. The return payment of the purchase price will be paid within 10 working days after receiving the return. Any paid delivery will also be reimbursed, but the cost and risk of returning the item will be charged to the customer. Please contact our customer service.



Submitting a claim or a complaint with the reclamation formt

Submitting a claim or a complaint to Stigter Tuinmeubelen and can simply be done by submitting a complaint form to our customer service.

• The complaints that are submitted with a completed complaint form are handled by privilege and to other complaints because of the completeness of all the required information needed to deal with it quickly and decisively.
• Claims with incomplete information, may be asked yet a completed complaint form.
