The Hamilton Bay Bretagne teak garden bench is a classically designed, extra robust outdoor bench made from selected plantation teak. The Bretagne is more substantially built than the average teak garden bench, clearly visible in the solid armrests with their characteristic rounded front ends and the generous use of solid teak.

For extra seating comfort, both the seat and backrest are ergonomically curved. The high 95 cm backrest provides comfortable support and makes the bench ideal for longer periods of sitting.

The construction also sets the Bretagne apart. The wooden components are traditionally joined using strong mortise-and-tenon joints, rather than relying on metal bolts. This creates a strong and durable wooden construction that is less prone to developing play over time.

Teak is naturally highly suitable for outdoor use and can remain outside throughout the year. When left untreated, the teak will gradually develop a natural silver-grey patina.
