Stigter Tuinmeubelen can ship international orders on request via reliable external transport partners, ensuring that the transport is fully tailored to your order and delivery address.
In some cases, it may be more cost-effective to arrange your own carrier from abroad. In such cases, your order can always be collected from our location.
When Stigter handles international transport, a transport fee will be charged. This fee can be requested in advance via the button above. For webshop orders, the fee will be calculated after your order.
Delivery time and transport fees are always agreed upon in advance, so you know exactly what to expect and we can organize your order in the way you prefer.
International purchases without VAT
All prices listed in the webshop include 21% VAT by default. International customers may benefit from VAT-free pricing: orders outside the European Union can generally be offered without this VAT. Business customers, both inside and outside the EU, can also make purchases without VAT (excluding transport costs). The VAT-free price can be quickly calculated by dividing the webshop price by 1.21.
International transport is handled by us step by step as follows:
Step 1: Request or order
If you would like to know the transport costs, delivery time, or transit time in advance, you can contact us by email at [email protected], directly via the button above, or by phone during opening hours at +31 105110134. For an accurate calculation, we need the desired products, quantities, and the destination for transport, including at minimum the postal code, city, and country.
If a webshop order has been placed, we will contact you within one to two working days to provide the transport fee and transit time. Should you decide that the transport fee is a reason to cancel the webshop order, that is possible, and in that case your purchase will be fully refunded.
Step 2: Confirming the transport fee
Once the transport fee has been agreed upon, it will be included in the quotation or order and invoiced. Payment for both the products and the transport must be made in advance. You can pay the transport fee or your order including the transport fee via PayPal, various credit cards, iDEAL, or bank transfer. PayPal offers buyer protection, and some credit cards provide additional coverage for your purchase under specific conditions (note: this does not apply to all cards). This ensures extra security when completing your payment.
Step 3: Planning transport and preparing the order
Once the order is confirmed and ready for transport, your shipment will be booked with one of our trusted transport partners. You will receive a booking confirmation with a reference and the contact details of the carrier, as well as a tracking link, when available, so you can follow your shipment.

Step 4: Loading and Transit
The carrier collects the shipment according to the agreed schedule. Photos are taken during the packaging and loading process, which we can provide as a reference. From the moment the shipment is picked up, the carrier is responsible for the transport.

Step 5: Delivery Appointment
The planner from the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Your contact person at Stigter Garden Furniture will remain your point of contact throughout the entire process, so you can always reach out directly with any questions or special requests.
