International Shipping with Stigter Garden Furniture
Stigter Garden Furniture offers most of our products for international delivery through our trusted transport partners. With years of experience, we ensure that your garden sets are shipped safely and efficiently, both within Europe and beyond.
For international orders, we provide shipping on request via external transport partners. Your shipment is tailored to the products and delivery address, with shipping costs and delivery time always clearly communicated in advance. This way, you know exactly what to expect, and we can organize your order according to your preferences.
Buying Internationally Without VAT
All prices listed in our webshop are inclusive of 21% VAT. International customers can benefit from a lower purchase price: orders outside the European Union can generally be supplied without VAT. For business customers, both inside and outside the EU, purchases can also be made without VAT (excluding shipping costs). The VAT-free price can be quickly calculated by dividing the webshop price by 1.21.
Shipping Costs
International shipping is available on request, so it can be arranged specifically for your order and delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated in advance and confirmed with you, so you always know the shipping contribution for your order.
Step 1: Request or Order
If you would like to know the shipping costs, delivery time, or transit time before placing an order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone during office hours at +31 105110134. For an accurate calculation, we need to know the selected products, quantity, and delivery location, including at least postcode, city, and country.
If an order has already been placed, we will contact you within one to two business days to provide shipping costs and transit time. You then have the option to cancel the order, in which case the paid amount will be fully refunded.
Step 2: Approval of Shipping Costs
Once the shipping costs are approved, they are included in the quote or order and charged accordingly. Payment for both the products and the shipping must be made in advance. Payments via PayPal or various credit cards are insured, providing additional security.
Step 3: Planning and Preparing the Shipment
Once the order is confirmed and complete, the shipment is booked with one of our trusted transport partners. This occurs after picking and preparing the order for shipping. From that moment, your order is ready for transport. You will receive a booking confirmation with reference and the contact details of the transport company.

Step 4: Loading and Transit
The carrier collects the shipment according to the agreed schedule. Photos are taken during the packaging and loading process, which we can provide as a reference. From the moment the shipment is picked up, the carrier is responsible for the transport.

Step 5: Delivery
The carrier’s planner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Your contact person at Stigter Garden Furniture remains your point of contact throughout the process, so you always have direct support if needed.
